Altur Software takes the technical partner role in European cooperation projects. We build learning platforms, XR simulations and applied AI tools, and we publish the results under open licences so they stay usable after the funding period ends.
01 Capabilities
Four areas of work. Each is scoped to become a deliverable inside a cooperation partnership — from specification to release, from accessibility audit to open-source handover.
MOOC and LMS development, automated assessment engines, certificate issuing, multilingual interfaces, mobile-first and offline-capable design.
Immersive VR and MR training simulations for vocational, industrial and safety training; analysable digital replicas of physical systems.
Learner-facing tools: interactive prompt-practice environments, safe sandboxes where mistakes carry no cost, and adaptive personalised learning paths.
Openly licensed, documented and reusable code, repository management and migration packages. WCAG 2.1 AA interface design for users with low digital confidence.
02 Projects
Selected for funding
An Erasmus+ cooperation partnership of seven organisations from seven countries, raising AI literacy among adult learners. Altur leads the platform development work package.
Our responsibilities: platform architecture and technical specification, offline protocols, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility features, a simulated AI sandbox for safe practice, an automated assessment engine issuing EQF Level 3–4 certificates, dynamic multilingual content loading for 8–10 languages, and the public open-source release of the platform.
AI4ALL is Altur's first Erasmus+ grant. Under the Programme Guide definition the organisation still falls within the scope of a less experienced organisation — a profile the award criterion on partnership quality explicitly credits.
03 Organisation
Altur Software is a private technology company based in Adana, Türkiye, working in software development and digital transformation. It designs and builds custom digital platforms, learning technology, extended-reality applications and applied artificial-intelligence tools, primarily for clients in manufacturing, healthcare and education and training.
We are a team of four — two full-time employees and two part-time staff engaged on a project basis. For specialised technical work the in-house team is supported by contracted external experts. This model lets us scale a technical work package up or down without carrying idle capacity.
We work in agile, sprint-based delivery with version-controlled repositories and documented, openly licensed code releases. Every public release passes automated testing, a WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audit and a security review.
Finance, corporate management and administration. 16 years in finance.
EU grant and project management, partnership development, dissemination and exploitation; software development background and applied artificial intelligence. 20 years in management, 10 years in software development.
Microservice structures, API integrations, real-time communication (MQTT, WebSocket) and AI integrations; experience in healthcare automation and payment systems. More than 15 years in software development. Contributes to Altur's projects as a contracted external expert.
More than 12 years of experience in software development and in virtual, augmented and mixed reality applications. Contributes to Altur's projects as a contracted external expert.
